WELCOME TO HOMECOMING AND ALUMNI WEEK 2024

Hamline's Homecoming and Alumni Week 2024 is September 23 - 28, 2024. We'll hold a variety of virtual events and programs, including Leo Lectures and a chance to win prizes in Hamline trivia. In-person and on-campus events will be held on Friday and Saturday. We can't wait to see you!

Chris Messerly didn’t think he’d done anything heroic. Well, yes. He had won his case. It was a big case, too, one that went all the way to the Minnesota Supreme Court. But winning was what he’d been hired to do. As a partner in the Minneapolis office of the law firm Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi, winning cases was just one part of his job description. It didn’t mean he was a hero.

For the Love of Leadership

Some people enjoy knitting -- Jozie Nummi ’11 enjoys leadership training. “I like personal development -- striving to reach the next step,” says the junior global studies major and social justice and legal studies double minor. “Leadership training is collaborative and constructive.”

A Passion for Research

It was just a few years ago that Michael Pesko '07, a young man from Shell Lake, Wisconsin, walked across the graduation stage and turned his tassel, marking the completion of his undergraduate degree at Hamline University. Using his Hamline education, it did not take him long to accomplish many things, including recently becoming a tenure-track faculty member at an Ivy League school.
