Event Description - Law CLE - Trial Tactics and Preparation
JD Haas JD '84 of JD Haas and Associates will kick off the Alumni Board’s Fall CLE schedule on September 10, presenting “Trial Tactics and Persuasion.”

This CLE will focus on over-arching principles of trial advocacy, illustrated by stories from jury trials. How do you establish rapport with a jury? What is a jury looking for? How can a lawyer be persuasive?

Since 1991, JD has been recognized as a “Nationally Board Certified Trial Lawyer” by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Focusing his practice on representing plaintiffs in injury and wrongful death cases, JD has tried 46 cases to juries all over the U.S. and has negotiated settlements in thousands of other cases.
