Dave Polson ’69
Dave Polson's November, 2016 induction into the Piper Athletic Association Hall of Fame may be long overdue. Statistically, he is very deserving. Over forty years after his last intercollegiate basketball game, he still holds the record for the most career rebounds for a Piper. He averaged a double-double (double digit points and rebounds) over his four years on the basketball team and was the captain of the 1968-69 team.

Yet his dedication to Hamline throughout his life may be what pushed his Hall of Fame nomination to the top. As Dave says, "I believe the terrific men and women who have been, and always will be Hamline, are HU's greatest asset." Read more about Dave's time before and after Hamline.
