Alumni Weekend Information Center


This is the place to pick up your Alumni Weekend packet (for alumni and guests who have preregistered); inquire about golf cart transportation; register for events; get up-to-date information about Alumni Weekend; and meet friends and fellow alumni before taking in The Marketplace and The Fall Fest, heading to the Homecoming football game, or taking a campus tour.

Campus Transportation

Golf carts driven by Alumni Weekend volunteers will be available for your convenience on Friday and Saturday. Seek assistance from any staff member, or from the Alumni Weekend Information Center, if you need a ride.

Parking on Campus

Parking is allowed in all university surface parking lots during Alumni Weekend. No permit is necessary, and it’s free of charge. Parking is also available in the Anderson Center parking ramp for $1/hour. 


Hamline University Bookstore

Located at 722 Snelling Avenue North (at the northeast corner of Snelling and Minnehaha Avenues), the bookstore offers a wide variety of Piper gear, and gifts for purchase including apparel for alumni, kids, and babies.

Alumni Weekend Discounts

Alumni who register for Alumni Weekend will receive a special Alumni Weekend button in their registration packets. By wearing that button during Alumni Weekend—October 7-8, 2016—you will receive a 25% discount at any of the food venues (Starbucks, Leo’s Corner, Bishop’s Bistro, Piper Grill) and at the Hamline University Bookstore!
